About Me – Sherri Webster, LCSW
Hi, I’m Sherri Webster, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Social Worker in Health Care (C-SWHC), offering therapy to clients across New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina, and Florida.
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I support individuals facing a wide range of challenges—anxiety, grief, low self-worth, burnout, trauma, and major life transitions. Whether you’re overwhelmed by daily stress or navigating a more personal turning point, therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and find your way forward.
My approach
I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation. Clients often describe me as warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I aim to create a space where you can be fully yourself—without judgment—and where you can begin to untangle what’s been holding you back.
I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based practices. Sessions are tailored to your needs and goals—whether that means working through patterns from the past or finding strategies to cope with the present.
Who I work with
I work with adults and young adults from all walks of life. Some clients come to therapy for the first time; others return to deepen the work they’ve already started. Many are navigating moments of change—career shifts, relationship dynamics, family stress, or a desire for personal growth. Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Let’s connect
Starting therapy is a meaningful step toward taking care of yourself. If you’re ready to begin—or even just curious about the process—I’d be honored to support you. Reach out today to learn more or schedule a consultation.
